Candidates who score at least 40% marks overall and have a minimum attendance of 40%,
will receive a ‘Certificate of Successful Completion’. Candidates who score less than 40%
marks overall or have a minimum attendance of 40%, will receive a ‘Certificate of
Participation’.

Synthesis & Assessment
The programme includes a mix of individual and group-based assessments designed to help participants apply their learning to practical business contexts. Participants will complete two summative evaluations, which are case-based individual assignments, along with a group capstone project. In addition, group deliverables such as a research presentation and case analysis form part of the overall evaluation.To be eligible for the Certificate of Completion, participants must secure a minimum of 40% marks across all assessment components combined and maintain at least 40% attendance throughout the programme.
