Programme Overview

Business growth across domains hinges on effective project management. But inaccurate forecasts of project time, costs, and resources dampen innovation and inhibit success. The proliferation of digital technology has accelerated change, increased the frequency and occurrence of projects, and forced a need to enhance and rethink project management skills. Organisations put their power behind professionals with a versatile skill set who can manage change and achieve project goals on time and within budgets.

IIT Delhi’s Certificate Programme in Project Management will help you understand project management concepts and principles and deliver projects with a precise focus on time, budget, and quality. It will introduce you to the tools and techniques used for comprehensive project management – from its initiation to closing. Enrolling in this programme will equip you with robust planning abilities, the capacity to set clear goals and realistic objectives and achieve them with a single-minded determination.

According to PMI’s most recent Talent Gap report, 2.3 million people will be needed each year to fill all of the project management oriented positions expected to open by 2030. Source: PMI 2023
